Head of Affiliates

We’re part of an international holding with 10+ years in the iGaming industry, operating across diverse markets and growing fast. Right now, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Head of Affiliates to take full ownership of our affiliate vertical and lead it to the next level.

Your Mission:

• Own and scale the entire affiliate direction
• Focus on key markets: Portugal, Poland, Germany, the Baltics, Uzbekistan, and more
• Build and lead a team focused on traffic growth via RS, Hybrid, and Fix models (Note: CPA is currently paused until processes are optimized).
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC, influencer, content, and analytics teams
• Analyze data, test hypotheses, and improve performance metrics
• Launch new markets and grow partner networks

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in a leadership role in affiliate marketing (iGaming experience is a strong advantage)
• A solid network of partners and deep understanding of traffic acquisition
• Hands-on approach with strategic thinking
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Data-first mindset and a passion for growth
• Strong communication and leadership skills
