We are looking for a Middle/Senior Retention Manager.

Requirements:
– Gambling experience is mandatory;
– Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for VIP player retention and return;
– Ability to calculate the economy of a share, bonus, tournament;
– Experience with client segmentation;
– Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: LTV, ARPU, RR, CR, GGR, NGR, etc.;
– Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
– Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Voluum, Power BI, Google Data Studio;
– Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods, as well as own product;
– Experience working with VIP segment of players; (will be a plus).

Responsibilities:
– Monthly planning and compilation of marketing activities for VIP players segment;
– Organization of promotions, raffles, and other activities to retain and return the player;
– Calculation of predictions, analytics of held actions;
– Creation and registration of mechanics of new shares, compilation of business requirements for developers (product and marketing);
– Communication with the team to develop a general strategy;
– Management of expenditure planning and reporting;
– Analysis of the market and competitors;
– Setting tasks for the employees of their department.
